Return Eligibility:

• Time Frame: You can return your order within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was received.

How to Return Your Product:

1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@wiintech.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Authorization: After contacting us, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send your product back.
3. Ship the Product Back: Pack the speaker securely in its original packaging, include all accessories, and send it back using the return label provided.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items:

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchange Policy:

• Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you'd prefer.
